Winter Escape Spa Day- Part 2

Four Seasons Orlando Pool

Hello there, beautiful. Yesterday I shared about the beginning of my indulgent daycation of pampering at the Spa at Four Seasons Orlando. After my Signature Radiance Facial, I attended the Barefoot Body Sculpt class on the fitness lawn tucked away in a serene space between the Spa and Fitness Center. The Barefoot Body Sculpt class was a departure from my go-to yoga or pilates, however, I loved it. The class combined some of my favorite stretching and core building elements I’m used to with more challenging strength training. It was also the first time I’ve ever used a fitness ball, which proved to be quite comical at times (picture me rolling off the ball and then chasing after the ball as it then rolls away)! Haha, sometimes we just have to laugh at ourselves.

After getting my fitness on, I retreated to the ADULT-ONLY Oasis pool for a relaxing swim. Yes, I do get excited about “adult-only” anything when I get a day to recharge without my cherry blossoms. The Four Seasons Orlando also has a family pool, a splash zone, a lazy river, and water slides, which my family and I have enjoyed while on few staycations, yet, I’ve never had the opportunity to relax sans the twins at the adult pool. This was truly a treat for this mommy. There is something about swimming that feels so cleansing and refreshing, and the Oasis pool made me feel alive and recharged. Relaxing poolside with a drink in hand (if you go you must try the Skinny Dip Cocktail) and not a worry in the world was the perfect ending to this heavenly day.
